How it works
Morning appointment:
You’ll meet with one of our Chiropodists for a full biomechanical and gait assessment and 3D digital foot scan. We’ll discuss your symptoms, footwear, and activity goals to ensure your orthotics are perfectly customized to you.Precision manufacturing (on-site):
Your digital scan is sent directly to our in-house orthotic lab, where we design and 3D-print your devices using medical-grade materials. Each orthotic is finished and top-covered by hand for comfort and durability.Afternoon pickup:
Your new orthotics will be ready for collection later the same day typically within 4–6 hours. We’ll schedule a short fitting appointment to ensure they fit comfortably and make any minor adjustments if needed.
Rush Fee
A $100 rush fee applies for this same-day service, in addition to the standard orthotic cost. This fee covers priority production, technician time, and reserved same-day fitting.

A: Same-day custom orthotics are fully personalized insoles made on-site at Collective Footcare & Orthotics using advanced 3D printing technology. You’ll be assessed and scanned in the morning, and your finished orthotics will be ready for pickup later that afternoon.

A: Yes there is a $100 same-day rush fee in addition to the standard cost of orthotics. This fee ensures your devices receive priority design and production in our lab that same day. Please book a regular custom orthotic assessment if you wish to avoid the same day fee.

A: Absolutely. Most extended health insurance plans cover custom orthotics when prescribed and dispensed by a registered Chiropodist. We’ll provide all necessary documentation for your claim to be properly reimbursed.
